The Rape Foundation
SANTA MONICA, CA – Lightray announces the launch of a new website for The Rape Foundation (www.therapefoundation.org.) The Rape Foundation supports treatment, prevention, and education with state-of-the-art, comprehensive care for rape victims. Donations support The Rape Treatment Center, Stuart House, and Verna Harrah Sexual Assault Examination Clinic operated out of Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center.
Lightray was tapped to help the Foundation create their first website, having operated since 1989 the organization felt it was time to make their mission known to a broader audience. Having previously designed the website for The Rape Treatment Center, TRF founder Gail Abarbanel reached out to Lightray to help craft their message with sensitivity and care so it would translate appropriately in the web medium. We are honored to work with them, and support their efforts.
